A message from President, Debi Daviau
Thank you to all the members of the Institute who presented themselves as candidates as well as all of you who took the time to vote. I would also like to recognize and thank the outgoing board members for their invaluable contributions to this union.

I am honoured to continue in my role as your union President for another three year term. I am proud of the work we have done together and I look forward to continuing to deliver on the Institute’s priorities.

We are Better Together!

Debi Daviau
PIPSC President
Resolutions passed — shaping our union’s work
At the 2018 PIPSC AGM, many resolutions were actively debated on the convention floor by members. This is the highest venue for members to debate and vote on the direction of the Institute.

The results of the debate and vote for each resolution are available you here.

In case you missed it!

If you weren’t able to tune in Friday morning, we’ve posted video of President Debi Daviau’s opening remarks, available online now to watch at your convenience.

Steven Kreisberg
Video of the 2018 AGM Keynote Speaker Steven Kreisberg is also now available. Steven spoke about his experience with AFSCME in the United States as they fought and ensured the sustainability of their public service union in the face of the elimination of their dues model. The experience of Steven and AFSCME is more relevant than ever to PIPSC members.
