Zul Nanji, Making Sure Everyone Pays Their Fair Share
Zul Nanji

Each day PIPSC members go to work to protect and serve Canadians in a hundred different ways: they save lives, protect the environment and grow the economy.

Zul Nanji is a retired International Tax Auditor with the CRA who is concerned that everyone pays their fair share of taxes. “It’s not fair that a big corporation can transfer millions of dollars out of the country without paying tax and claim it as an expense, and then bring the money back into the country as a loan or a gift, and not have to pay the tax,” says Zul. “They made the money in Canada, and they should pay their share.”
