1,400 RCMP Civilian Members finally have a union!
We're proud to welcome our new members to PIPSC. As part of our union they're empowered to join the process of collective bargaining and have a seat at the table. In a message to the Civilian Members, President Debi Daviau said, “No individual can have much success in changing the practices of a big employer — but as a union we can, because we’re better together.”

One year after the federal government launched its mental health strategy, we know there is room for significant improvement. Though Canadian Mental Health Week (May 7-13) has passed, resources are available all-year round to support efforts to end the stigma of mental health and find the support you need.
