Black public service professionals face unique challenges in the workplace. The federal government knows that Black and racialized workers are under-represented in the workplace. PIPSC is committed to addressing the issues facing Black and racialized public service professionals thanks to the work of our labour relations service, our Black Caucus, and our Human Rights and Diversity Committee.
