The CS group has reached an impasse with the employer. Despite the union’s best efforts in mediation, the employer flatly refused to address key issues like wage parity with other IT workers.

Now is the time to put our employer on notice – it’s time for pay parity, secure call-back pay and investments in training. If the employer offers less than what other PIPSC members have already won, our determination will only increase. We’ve been clear and we’re not backing down.
