PIPSC members fought hard to pressure the government to abandon the Phoenix pay system and earn a commitment to develop a plan to replace. We know that our IT professionals are best positioned to build that plan and implement a new pay system.

We’ve come this far but we can’t let private interests get back in the driver’s seat because we know how that will end.
